I would would fuming and if am honest i wouldn’t feel the need to pay, not that i’m supporting people getting themselves in debt. These parking enforcement companies DO NOT PLAY when it comes to fines.

MISCOMMUNICATION

If you have been in a parking fine battles believe me you, its one of the stressful situations to fine your self in. Take hours to get hold of them and when you do…. MISCOMMUNICATION just occurs. You wont back down and they wont back down! and you’re still growing your debt.

These so called parking fines it’s a money grabbing exercise.

Never automatically pay a parking ticket from a private firm

If you get a ticket from a private parking firm which you believe is unfair, DON’T just pay it.

Trying to reclaim cash already paid isn’t easy, so it’s far easier to dispute it before paying it.

Just so you know who we’re talking about, here’s a list of some of the big private parking firms:

(We don’t have any information on whether these firms’ tickets are fair or unfair – we’re just listing them here so you know who some of the big firms are.)

This man was there to pick up his parents, said he stopped for half a minute while he edged closer to the token machine and waited to be let inside.

He said: “It is quite confusing for drivers because there are no stopping signs everywhere.

“I was really careful so I was shocked when I received the fine, and surprised that I did anything wrong.

“I made sure I did not stop where I wasn’t supposed to. There seems to be a ridiculous level of enforcement there.

“I looked at the photos on the letter and saw they were fining me for being at the barrier. I just couldn’t believe it.”
