The rule of trusting your doctors is changing in the new NHS trail to spy on mental health patients. NHS will be allowed to act as survilence by accessing mobile phone data to check on patients state of your mental wellness.
A new proposal from Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, history of calls, messages and locations would be in records along side with health history. NHS claims such trail is needed to foresee mental health crisis with patients.
Getting the green light with the new trail the Trust is now seeking advice from the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) regarding the use of mobile phone data, which they hope will further improve the technology.
For me it just seems a strange idea,
